It’s a fact that when budgets get tight, promotional efforts are the first thing businesses cut. Whether it’s PR, advertising, or marketing, in a struggling economy it is sometimes hard to make a legitimate argument to keep some of these pricey expenses running when you are more hard pressed for keeping a profit. However, companies that have continued with their promotional programs do better and come out ahead of their competitors.
