Program Fundamentals

As a Local Expert, you create your own recurring revenue business in partnership with Fanminder.

Fanminder's role is to provide the highest quality online product and give you a robust set of selling and administrative tools to drive that revenue. Your role in the partnership is to become a "new marketing media" consultant who is adept at:

• Prospecting, selling and closing new customers.
• Growing a business' fanbase fast and systematically.
• Guiding the creation of simple and compelling social/mobile campaigns.
• Servicing the customer as needed.

The Fanminder Local Expert Program provides you with everything you need to carry out above activities. Specifically:

• A Sales and Marketing Intranet containing key tools, forms, presentations and other materials required to sell, close, set-up and service customers. We pay particular attention to helping you rapidly grow a customer's fanbase and helping the customer with campaign ideas.

• Wholesale Billing You will typically handle the marketing for the customer and so will mark-up Fanminder prices to account for your high service levels. We provide you with a wholesale price below the listed retail prices, so you can enjoy higher margins.

• We support you. Ask any Fanminder Local Expert and they'll note our devotion to their needs. We're available around the clock (well, mostly) and love to help brainstorm how to sell a prospect or make a program work.
