How will I be billed?
For both mobile and email plans, we bill monthly, in advance, based on the highest number of mobile phone numbers and/or email address that you had in your last billing period. Each plan is billed separately.
Can I subscribe to just email?
Yes, if you only want to send offers to your email list, just subscribe to our email plan and not our mobile plan. You can always add a mobile plan at a later date. Sending offers to Facebook and Twitter is always free.
Is there a contract?
No. We just bill you monthly. You can cancel anytime.
Do you have a free trial?
We let you try Fanminder by enabling you to send offers for free to a limited number of mobile phone numbers and email addresses. Sending offers to Facebook and Twitter is always free.
