He spent the next 15 years working for American Express and Intuit, leading the QuickBooks Online division, QuickBooks Merchant Account, and the development of the widely-acclaimed FinanceWorks online banking suite.

Tracy Grover

Tracy is a start-up junkie with twenty years' experience designing and marketing innovative online products to help small businesses. She has also held senior product and marketing positions at NextCard, AccountNow, EncrypTix, and Bank of America.

Jeffrey Lui, VP of Engineering

Jeffrey has sixteen years of software development and technical management experience. Prior to Fanminder, he headed engineering at ClearStreet. Before that, he led product and engineering teams across multiple technology platforms at Intuit to deliver ground-breaking consumer-centric applications such as Quicken Health Bill Payment and Quicken Health Expense Tracker.
