Servicing your customer
You handle first-level application technical support and customer service questions from your customers. First-level customer service and technical support is not a burden with Fanminder: to the contrary Fanminder's easy-to-use application will mean you receive very few "How do I?" phone calls or emails from your customers.
Fanminder will provide second-level technical support directly to either you or your customer. Support is available M-F 8am - 6pm PT.
