A Welcome Message is the text message we automatically send to your fans on your behalf when they join your list. The purpose of the Welcome Message is to welcome your fans to your mobile list. It also acts as the confirmation message to the fan that he/she has been added.

Your Mailbox is where you go to view, respond to and archive messages from your fans. All new messages will go into your Inbox where you can read your messages, reply back if necessary and then archive the ones you’ve reviewed to the Archived Replies area.
